Claims
In the unlikely event of a dispute there is a formal complaints procedure for you to comply with, unfortunately we cannot accept or deal with any part of a claims procedure.
Claims must be referred directly to your Insurer, where it will be dealt with by an experienced claims handler; please consult your policy document for details of claims procedures, department contact numbers and postal address.
